Just two things i have noticed... You are saying that you need 10k miles to join your team when you only have 7045 at the moment. Also you are saying that you need over 1 year experience when you joined around the same time as me in December 2006.

So to be honest you can't join your own team.

Photoshop isn't the only program you can use for skinning, GIMP can do most things Photoshop can do and its free http://www.gimp.org/

Normally instantly but sometimes it can take a few minutes to clear

Well search for Photoshop tutorials in Google and get to grips with the program first, because its better to know what all the tools do in the program rather than just following a few steps.
